Art Therapy Higher Certificate Programme

I want to touch people with my art.
I want them to say "he feels deeply, he feels tenderly".
-- Pablo Picasso

Characteristics

… This program provides extended learning opportunities for students who have completed the "Art Therapy Certificate Programme", continuing their passion for art and commitment to helping others. It provides more professional training, enhancing their skills and equipping them to become more capable helping angels.

More Professional Advancement

… To fully equip students and address their various needs in practice, the curriculum covers the interrelationships between art, emotions, and trauma; and also practical therapies for both adults and children, as well as group design. Additionally, the course content includes self-adjustment and individual counseling to help students overcome personal obstacles and maximize their helping potential.

More Comprehensive Application

… The courses include more self-reflection, encouraging students to learn from their experiences, leading to enhanced self-awareness and self-regulation. Through art, connection with self can be facilitated, such that students can overcome past barriers and realize their potential.

Stronger Self-Connection

… The course content includes more in-depth theories and additional hours of practice, requiring greater critical thinking. This ensures that students achieve a higher level of academic mastery and become more proficient in applying their knowledge in practice.

More In-Depth Content

… Each course consists of online self-study, discussions, and assignments, supplemented by in-person tutorial sessions. This allows students to arrange their study time flexibly while still receiving support from instructors and interacting with peers, making learning manageable and adaptable even for busy students.
