Terms And Conditions:

"Art Therapy Certificate Programme" And "Art Therapy Higher Certificate Programme"

Part A: Service Terms And Conditions

​

1. If the applicant wishes to enroll in the "Art Therapy Certificate Programme" course, please complete the [Art Therapy Certificate Programme Admission Form] and select the subjects he/she intends to enroll in. If the applicant wishes to enroll in the "Art Therapy Higher Certificate Programme" course, please complete the [Art Therapy Higher Certificate Programme Enrollment Form] and select the subjects he/she intend to enroll in.

 

2. Applicants are required to pay the full tuition fee before the course commencement to complete the course registration process. Please click here to view the [Payment Details].

 

3. If applicants are enrolling in the course together with companions, please provide their information in the registration form to enjoy a group discount. For online payment, please contact our center to obtain the discount code for the group offer.

 

4. The information collected in the Art Therapy Programmes Application Forms is used solely for purposes related to the course and for communication purposes. Except as required by law or court order, this information will not be disclosed to any third party.

 

5. For applicant of the "Art Therapy Certificate Programme", after submitting the "Admission Form", Tharros Centre will create an account for the applicant on the [Student Portal] and provide him/her with the relevant login information. Applicants can access course information and subject records on this portal, and enroll in other courses in the future via this portal.

 

6. Two weeks prior to the commencement of the enrolled course, the applicant’s mobile number will be added to the WhatsApp group for the respective class. This group is managed by Tharros Centre and is for course-related communication only.

 

7. If an applicant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they may apply for a refund before course commencement. Refund requests are subject to the [Payment and Refund Terms And Condition] (refer to Part B Terms).

 

8. Tharros Centre reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any enrollment application, as well as the right to offer discounts.

 

9. All learning materials, including but not limited to course content, videos, presentations, handouts, and any supplementary materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tharros Centre. Without prior written permission from the centre, these materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used in any form or by any means, including electronically. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

10. By submitting the Art Therapy Programmes Application Forms, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the [Terms And Conditions: "Art Therapy Certificate Programme" And "Art Therapy Higher Certificate Programme" (i.e., Part A and Part B Terms).

 

Part B: Payment And Refund Terms And Conditions

 

1. Applicant who cancel their enrollment before course commencement may apply for a refund, which will be subject to a predetermined administrative fee as outlined in Part B Clause 2.

 

2. Refund requests made more than one week before course commencement will incur a 5% administrative fee; whereas refund requests made within one week or less of course commencement will incur a 10% administrative fee.

 

3. Refund requests will not be accepted after the commencement of courses.

 

Companion Discount and Early Bird Discount

 

4. Applicant who enroll in the same course during the same period with family or friends are eligible for a companion discount. The companion discount can be used in conjunction with the early bird discount, and neither may be used simultaneously with other promotions.

 

5. If two individuals enjoy the "Two-person Companion Discount" together, and one of them cancels enrollment before the start of courses:

　1. If the cancelling party has completed payment and applied for a refund, the refund will be subject to the predetermined administrative fee as outlined in Part B Clause 2, and then the discount amount enjoyed by the other person under the "Two-person Companion Discount" will also be deducted.

　2. If the cancelling party has not made payment, the other party intending to continue enrollment cannot avail themselves of the "Two-person Companion Discount"; and must pay the price difference equivalent to the discount enjoyed under the "Two-person Companion Discount" to complete the enrollment procedure.

 

6. If multiple individuals enjoy the "Three-person Companion Discount" together, and one or more individuals cancel enrollment before the start of courses:

　1. If the remaining number of enrollees is three or more, they can continue to enjoy the "Three-person Companion Discount"; if the remaining number is two, they can switch to the "Two-person Companion Discount." If there is only one remaining enrollee, he/she cannot continue to enjoy any "Companion Discounts."

　2. If the cancelling individual(s) have completed payment and applied for a refund, the refund will be subject to the predetermined administrative fee as outlined in Part B Clause 2, and then the total difference in the discount amount enjoyed by the remaining enrollees under the "Companion Discount" (if any) will also be deducted.

　3. If the cancelling individual(s) have not made payment, and the remaining individuals intending to continue enrollment are fewer than three, they must pay the price difference equivalent to the discount amount enjoyed under the "Companion Discount" to complete the enrollment procedure.

 

Group Discount

 

7. Applicants may form a group of six or more individuals to arrange alternative class schedules for any subject. Applicants enrolled in courses as a group are eligible for a group discount, which cannot be used simultaneously with other promotions.

 

8. Applicants enrolled in courses as a group must designate one person as the coordinator to negotiate the course schedule with the center. He/she should also collect the total tuition fees from all members of the group for a one-time payment.

 

9. Any changes to class dates or times must be agreed upon by both parties before taking effect. All changes to dates must occur within six months of payment. Classes that cannot be mutually agreed upon will not be eligible for refunds.

 

10. If any member of the group wishes to withdraw from enrollment before the start of classes, resulting in fewer than six remaining members in the group, the course cannot continue in group format.
