application of refund shall be made before the start of the course.

Refund Terms
& Conditions

Application of refund can be made for enrolment cancellation before the commencement of the course. Administration fee will be charged according to [term 2].

An administration fee equal to 2% of the course fee will be deducted if the refund is requested more than 1 week before the commencement of the course; An administration fee equal to 10% of the course fee will be deducted if the refund is requested on or within 1 week before the commencement of the course.

The course fee is not refundable once the course has commenced.

If one of the students cancels the enrolment after enjoying the “2-Persons Companion Discount”, apart from deducting the administration fee in accordance with [term 2], the amount of money discounted by “2-Persons Companion Discount” for the remaining student will also be deducted from the refund.

If one of the students cancels the enrolment after enjoying the “3-Persons Companion Discount” and the number of the remaining students equals to 3 or more, only the administration fee in accordance with [term 2] will be deducted from the refund. The amount of discounted money enjoyed by the remaining students will not be deducted.

If one of the students cancels the enrolment after enjoying the “3-Persons Companion Discount” and the number of the remaining students equals to 2, apart from deducting the administration fee in accordance with [term 2], the differences of the amount of money discounted under the “3-Persons Companion Discount” and the “2-Persons Companion Discount” for the remaining 2 students will also be deducted from the refund.

If two or more students cancel the enrolment together after enjoying the “3-Persons Companion Discount” and the number of the remaining students equals to 1, apart from deducting the administration fee in accordance with [term 2], the amount of money discounted under “3-Persons Companion Discount” of the remaining student will also be deducted from the refund.
