The Art of Imperfection:
Transforming Your Life

This course is a 10-week therapeutic journey designed to help students break free from the pressures of perfectionism prevalent in modern Western society. This course offers a powerful antidote to the stress, anxiety, and disconnection often experienced in fast-paced city living. Through a unique blend of ancient wisdom and contemporary practices, including hands-on art-making (no experience needed!), mindfulness exercises, and engaging discussions, students will learn to challenge limiting beliefs, cultivate self-compassion, and embrace the beauty of imperfection. Inspired by diverse cultural perspectives such as Wabi-Sabi, Hygge, and Lagom, we explore alternative ways of living that prioritize well-being, authenticity, and connection. This transformative experience will empower students to rewire their mindset, align their lifestyle with their core values, discover a deeper sense of purpose, and discover the freedom of embracing their true, imperfect selves. Students will develop practical tools to manage stress, enhance creativity, and build lasting resilience, ultimately reclaiming a more joyful, meaningful, and balanced life from the relentless pursuit of perfection.
